Is the ';real world'; really like high school?

I gotta say (I'm sure I'm no where near the first, or the last) that all the gossip and the way every conversation turns to sex is beyond annoying. I have no problem having a conversation about sex, but when we're talking about, you know, not sex, suddenly there's a subject change and it's all about ';So, did you get some over the weekend?'; And all the preps that BRAG about how they managed to get away with cheating on their boyfriend/girlfriend. Anyway, once I'm done with high school, is the rest of the world really like this? Will it be getting worse? Mainly related to the gossipy girls, and every topic becomes sex thing.Is the ';real world'; really like high school?
Oh, it will be like that in college too.





and the rumors too.





What they do not know, they WILL make up. *the best truth that i heard from some guy, and it happened w/ me.Is the ';real world'; really like high school?
honestly, their is no real world. In school we have less responsibilities, yet we still live, enduring gains and losses. You love and in return you become loved. Unfortunately that's today's society, even here in japan. after a while the sex thing wont bother you at all when you find that one special person in life. The gossip... that will never go away ^_^


you'll see in time that there are no surprises, only decisions that build roads to tomorrow.

Keep that grass is greener attitude man. That's where you get the hope to tough it out.
No, unless you hang around immature vacant minded procrastinating nobodies without any future goals or common sense to improve their careers or lives for themselves.





Who end up working for six dollars an hour and supporting three to four kids, turning grey haired or bald and fat by 25 years old from stress.





If you move on away from these people you'll find life after school full of responsibilities and personal achievements to look after yourself first to keep your head always above water, to have a happy rich life with many friends and new acquaintances.





Rather than drowning and becoming a financial burden on society and a useless member of the human race, hanging out with school buddies who have nothing better to talk about but sex.
