want to ask about married couples who hang out oftenly with other married couples?

Do any married couples here have married friends you hang out with on a regular basis? Tell me this how is that that some couples are so cool, open about having parties and inviting 20 other married couples. and you are all friends. but then the close girls will be in the hot tub and your hub and another 2 or 3 guys will be in that hot tub and your hub will put his arm around one of those married woman...and the 2 guys in the tub will be talking to the other girls or just beign cool with which guy has his arm around your wife. and then they'll be a guy and girl not married to each other, but they will be talking most of the night and yet everyone is cool with it...or you see a woman dancing with her behind against another hubby....well for these people who are cool about...what happens if their wife makes out and kisses one of the hubbies, then how will the cool hubs/wifes feel? do they tend to be more accepting if they find out their spouse cheated because they allow alot of flirting to happen in front of everyone?


Let's say you have an end of summer party with the married friends...and your hubby is naked shirt off and drunk and there's another married woman who's your friend. and she pretends like she is licking his chest. and then there are some women who pretend to stick their tongue out and give oral to the men...and pictures are taken to show how cool/open these guys are...ofcourse it's all playing and goofing off and the woman are showing their cleavage off...do these guys get away with cheating on their spouse more than others? want to ask about married couples who hang out oftenly with other married couples?

I will tell you that the two couples we had as friends that exhibited these types of behaviors ended up divorced. Hubby A and Wife B had an affair -- and destroyed not only a 10 year friendship but the lives of 6 children between them. Hubby A and Wife B later married, and became good friends with two other couples. Wife B had a three-some with the new couple, ending in a divorce from Hubby A.





This type of clowning around sends a lot of mixed signals and sooner or later I believe people will ACT on those signals, particularly if their inhibitions are loosened by alcohol. When our friends started acting out this way, we stopped going to the parties.





Not cool. Not OK. Not a great way to keep your marriage healthy...and if one of the guys acting out was your hubby, I'd wonder when he was going to cheat (not if).
