What could he have done differently not to get caught? Why did he choose this method of cheating. How did he get away with cheating people for so long and implementing this in such away that was inconspicuous?What do you think of the Bernie Madoff Investment Scandal?
He did not get caught, he turned himself in.
I do not understand that the SEC investigated him before and did not find anything. Really how hard is it to verify a buy and sell order.
